[Resolved]  N-Tech — they are harassing me to pay money

My name is Khadar basha. I got a call from one of the agent regarding work from home to capture captchas; 10000 for 10 days. They have taken my adhar details and my sign on a white paper. Without discussing all the terms and conditions, they prepared an agreement and sent me the details.

Now, as per the agreement, if the work is not completed, have to 5000/- to the company. Since monday, a person named srinadh varma stating as advocate, calling me and harrasing to make the payment of 8540/- immediately, if not paid a legal notice under section 420, 73 & 74 will be sent to your address and police station. He is speaking very rudely and when asked it was not there in the agreement, he is asking to come to court and pay 60k to 70k.

Nothing was mentioned in the agreement about this. Neither the helpline nor the agent responding to this. And the advocate is calling me daily and harrasing to make the payment within a timeline of 1 hr or 2 hrs.
