My mobile number is [protected]. Every week Aircel is deducting 25 Rs. from main balance. After complaining they do not solve the problem and told that balances are deducting for clicking some internet link. But I m not using internet of Aircel. Such a helpless customer care it is ever I have seen and once receiving the call from customer they do not attend the call for 2nd time.

Post system check it has been found that your
balance Rs. 25/- got deducted dated- 2/5/2015 due to Download,
of VAS - VPACK- TECHZONE through WAP. Credit of 25/- - have
been posted in your's A/C from our end dated - 4/5/2015 .

Pathetic service
