My wife received scratch and win card from Nastik Online Shopping Pvt Ltd, City Tower Complex, Sasthila Lane, Patthara, New Town, Kolkata, 700052. Phone no - [protected]. On scratching the card we found a 6 digit code to be sent by SMS to the above number and also information saying she had won Rs. 7, 50, 000/- On phoning the number a person who spoke only Hindi, said to send her bank details by SMS to the above number. The letter also clearly stated not to contact the company's customer care number. Is this genuine, because your registered office is in Mumbai and not Kolkata.
