Naaptol Lucky Draw Scam — prize money scam

My father received a call that he won 320000 prize as lucky draw in 11th Anniversary special of Naaptol .then we received letter in pist office and was told its a cheque for the prize money along with a coupon and also there was an attached money draft for which we were asked to pay 2600 in the post office. After receiving the envelope it had a certificate that we won this prize n we need to contact the helpline number and provide our bank details. This seems fake as i am sure they will ask me to pay them GST to release the Fund's in the bank.
