I have purchased the mobile phone from naaptol VOX DV10 order no. 13407292, but whatever product they have shown in tv by them is very different from the original one, the product is completely useless and it is a trash in the name of product. If the product price is itself Rs. 2999. How could the charge COD 300 to 500 rupees for the delivery. When the claim to be the cheap selling product company. As message conveyed to you in previous text, first of all they didn't receives our call kept our call on the busy tone, after couple of days delivery boy came to our house and told us to give back the mobile back, when we asked him to how do they will give our money back he argued and told that my company has only told me to get the mobile set not to give any money back and told give us the time of 2 days. Since then a 4 to 5 days have passed no action have been taken against it. No call, No messages & even don't receive our call now. They are compelling us to complaint to higher authorities and drag them to the consumer court for fraud, cheating people and showing fake details about product in advertisement and delivered trash in the name of product.
