Hello team, i would like to return the product received today by which was placed yesterday due to quality issues. The utensils are too small in size with 3rd class quality.
I want the full refund as agreed by you while placing an order. This is pathetic that when i am talking about refund the customer care cancelling my calls and i called 7 times then i recieved the complaint number 39800587. I need the full refund of my amount no any voucher i will accept. This is ridiculous that you are into agreement yesterday and now disconnecting my calls. Kindly treat it as urgency and refund the amount at earliest.

1. Please pack the complete product in travel worthy packaging.

2. Delhivery courier boy will come to pick the product at your door step within 2-3 working days.
It would take 2-3 working days to reach product at our warehouse. Once the product reaches to us, we shall action further.

Meanwhile, we would request you to share the Bank A/c details of “SUNITA WASWANI” at [protected]@naaptol.com or Backoffice.[protected]@naaptol.com so that we can process your refund accordingly.
