[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Automatic cancellation of my order | |
I placed my order on 10th Jan 2021, My order Id is 74988917. My order never got confirmed but 2498/- was debited from my account. On 14 th Jan 2021, the order got automatically cancelled. I called up [protected] regarding my situation and they were clueless. So they placed my order again with new ID 75136947 and said product will arrive in 24 hrs. New order ID did not reflect on my naaptol mobile app.but it came by sms asking me to pay the amount again. I called them up again and they kept on cutting my calls, gave me another phone number [protected] as they didn't speak well in English, and I talked to around 8 to 9 persons and they kept cutting my calls. My amount was not refunded and asking me to pay again. Worst sort of customer care centre. Was this information helpful? | |

With respect to the above complaint, it's been 5 days and I have not got my refund 2498/- .When I call customer care, they don't have an answer and they say someone else from Naaptol will call.
