Dear team, I have ordered kichen queen chapati maker on dated 2th dec 18 bearing order no.[protected]. I received it on dated 7th december 2018. When my wife trying to operate, auto connect was not working, as well as body was extremely hot. My wife faced an accident and her hand scene was burnt. Under above line as explained it would be very much appreciated if you kindly arrange the return of chapati maker and refund my money. I have already complaint to your customer care no.in 8th of december 2018. Before i order this metirial i have asked return policy and customer care person confirmed that if the metirial is not good or any technical issues then they arrange the return. I have ordered for 5 set of T-Shirts in naaptol but at the time of order on phone call they have not informed that if any defective i have to return with in 48 hours. So i have received product on 3.12.2018 and given request on 6.12.2018. now they are denying to replace the defective product. Please help me
