naaptol should replace the defective piece with a new and tested one. If
naaptol does not then it is liable for criminal prosecution.
And face being jailed for this scam.
Why did
naaptol advertize this product :
datawind calling tablet?
When this consumer has already returned the defective product there has to be a replacement of a new product.
Otherwise i shall file a fir against
naaptol and seek
police assistance in this corruption case of
naaptol datawind calling tablet.
If i do not get any response to this complaint my next step is the
police fir.

naaptol, called said i should send message to this number-[protected], only then
naaptol will consider refunding my money.
i did as told. since then no response.
naaptol is using these tactics stalling for time so it can get away free without paying back money.
.this company is chronic defaulter a swindler as per the complaints i have read online.
i paid shipping charges as well Rs 300.
2999+398=3397 with tip to courier another 100 Rs.total 3500 Rs.
Now it's not about money anymore, I want to bring this swindler out in the open as there are so people who have been cheated by
naaptol
we want justice.
naaptol will not be allowed to swallow hard earned money of so many people including myself.
this is a demand for justice for the citizens of India.
I will take drastic measures if needed:-shall publish this scam in all newspapers.
I, as a law abiding citizen of India demand that this company pays for harassment scam corruption cheating swindling.
we the consumers Now will not allow these scammers to get away with our money.
i appeal to the Indian Consumer Court to kindly help us in sending this scammer to jail.

this message says "We have received your refund request through NEFT., we are collectively working to process your requisition." Team
naaptol.
I received this message at 06:48:39pm 29 july 2016.
to continue with the problem, i want to know how much time does it take to transfer money through NFT? one or two minutes that is all.
I am again being taken for a ride by this rogue company.
I have already published my complaint in the local newspaper.
I demand an instant response to my query
why is
naaptol delaying the process of transferring the amount into my bank account?
so far, i have followed
naaptol's customer care directions now what can be done?
as far as
naaptol's reputation goes it is black listed with the consumers, i fail to understand these pointless procedures long drawn out rules, isn't it simple to put the amount in my bank? (
naaptol has my bank details)
again and again
naaptol is resorting to procrastination
while i am all tense stressed out
(in the west they have to pay for mental stress too.)

naaptol is sitting pretty on ill gotten gains.
even after several complaints i have not received my money nor has
naaptol given a new product.
i appeal to the Indian consumer court to admonish this culprit send a legal notice.
no customer care at
naaptol is responding to these complaints.
