[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Executive Misbehaving | |||
I am Shweta Vajale, I have ordered 3 Compartment tiffin from Naaptol on 18/10/2021 but they are not helping me to get that product delivered. Naaptol has sent me a replacement but they send me to a spray bottle pump instead of a tiffin. I have paid Rs.600/- I called them and messaged multiple times but they are delaying the process and today at 06:59 PM I called them to know whats the issue and the executive started using slang language to me. I was doing a Whats App chat also with them. their what's app number is[protected]/[protected]. most of the time to ask anything I was using[protected] to raise any issues. I am Attaching the image of the product which I have ordered and received. I request you please do the needful Please find the attachment.
