[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — I kall Big Screen I Smartphone | |||||
I just ordered I kall big screen smartphone from naaptol on 8th February and on 14th February it was delivered.When i unboxed it, the device was golden coloured and it was damaged.I ordered for a black coloured device and it was even mentioned in the bill I mailed and contacted the naaptol customer service for return the product and their customer service was poor. I filed the complaint several times and still there is no action from them. Till now I don't get any information from them, when I call their customer service they told me that it will be delivered with in two day and it is almost around one month...when I asked them for refund, they keep telling that there is no refund option for them.i don't need the product...I just need the money back Order No:[protected] AwbNo:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
