My name is remesan nair v r. I am from kerala.
I had ordered an item from naaptol telebuy (14 peices stainless steel vessels) for rs 2398 on 17th july 2017 and received the product on 24th july 2017. When i opened the box, the items were not complete and the items were also damaged. I called naaptol customer care so many times asking for a full refund of the money that i have paid and they were not willing to do so. One guy called me back and spoke with me in a very rude manner using harsh words and told me to do whatever i can do but they will not give my money back. I have also informed that i am going to move it legally and their reply was so irritating that they stated that they don't even care about the legal issues. I am totally disappointed. I never thought that you were such a huge scammers snatching money from people through your fake advertisement and worst customer service.
