[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — non delivery of purchased goods | |||
I purchased "royal home ultimate sofa cum bed color: blue" (Order id[protected] from naaptol.com online shopping (Tna marketing) for inr3999 prepaid on 10th december 2017 with an expected delivery date of 18th december 2017. (Attached). The company neither acknowledged payment or confirmation of order by sms or mail (Even though this is a fully prepaid order) No calls have been received from 18th december to 23rd december about the delivery of the product. On 23rd december, when i contacted the contact centre (3 times), the service agents (Amit and ashraf) were only parroting that the product will be delivered before 1st january 2017. First, they are irresponsible for not acknowledging payment and booking my order for pre-paid order, then not calling me on the provided expected delivery date and telling me that the product will be delivered before 1st january as if it is routine to delivery they can and that they are doing a favour by selling their goods to me and that i should be glad to be provided the product, even if for payment. Due to horrible deficiency of service, i demand that the company pay me compensation of 10000 plus rent of my house 12000 (Where i could not sleep due to non availability of sofa cum bed) and another 25000 for the harassment by the company representatives during calls and cost of an entire day of follow ups and arguments with them on mobile 22500 Was this information helpful? | |||
