I order the product on naaptol shoping website, order detail are as folllows Product name :Juicer & Slicer Combo + 6 Glasses + Multi Cutter with Peeler + Spiral Cutter Order id :50707690 Order date : 19/08/2018 delivery date(during order booking) =: 23/08/2018 issue: till now product is not deliver further steps: last 10 days i am keep on calling to naaptol customer care people regarding status, they are keep on changing delivery date, twodays before i checked in website: delivery date =14-09-18 yesterday i checked in website: delivery date =15-09-18 today i check in website:delivery date =17-09-18 like this every days they keep on changing the delivery date, i told then to cancel the order and payback money, they are telling i can't cancel order, they are telling i need to wait. i don't know how many days or month or year Was this information helpful? | |||
