Order date : 19/08/2018
delivery date(during order booking) =: 23/08/2018

issue: till now product is not deliver
further steps: last 10 days i am keep on calling to naaptol customer care people regarding status, they are keep on changing delivery date,

twodays before i checked in website: delivery date =14-09-18
yesterday i checked in website: delivery date =15-09-18
today i check in website:delivery date =17-09-18
like this every days they keep on changing the delivery date, i told then to cancel the order and payback money, they are telling i can't cancel order, they are telling i need to wait. i don't know how many days or month or year

Hi they are telling i need to wait till i receive the product. very poor response, please refer today updates, delivery dates are changed. you can't help me ya. i really upset on this

do u know what kind of response i got, sorry for delay, product will be deliver as per the due date". but u know the due date will keep on every day. i am sure as per today date the expected delivery date is 18 of sep. if i check tomorrow the expected delivery date is 19 of sep, next day it will be 20 of sep. still we have hope on you. please do something

My father had order product looking at the add coming in TV. Jack is not operational and air blower doesn’t work.
No return policy details on the shipped product.
Waste of 3500 rupees..
Waste of money.
Naaptol looks like not trusted.
