I had ordered omron BP machine and they delivered a damaged product and have not replaced it nor attending helpline call. order no61125194. complaint number 40362957. They are repeatedly asking us the same questions and rather than sending messages have not yet been replaced. When we said that we will complain the lady who attended the call responded very rudely. Please do the needful. It's an emergency as far as I am concerned because I have a problem with a sudden decrease in my Blood pressure and would be good if I have the machine in hand to check my BP at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||
