I have purchase jewellery from your site, Quality of product is very poor. Now calling customer care to return back same. But every time your executive telling me new stories. This is worst shopping experience had with Naaptol.
please enable -0 rating it suitable for you site. Naaptol just is doing fraud with us before purchasing I called them and ask about return policy that time they said Mam you can return product with in month. Now one day has gone and no body entertaining us.
I called so many time to Naaptol but every time same had bad and bad experience.
If you care about you customers 1% them support them.
