[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — refund not received | |||
I had ordered 18pcs. Kitchenware set on 15th feb 2020 and received defected product. I had taken confirmation before ordering on the refund and was assured that i will get 100% refund to bank account if the product is defective or not liked by me. Even after continuous followups the executives are saying that product is dispatched but i donot want it, i want my refund to which they say i'll get voucher. This is like cheating your customers.
