Naaptol Online Shopping — wrong cheaper product delivered

I had placed an order for "instant electric heating tap - wall mount", item 14597, on 24.12.2017 after watching the promo on tv. The courier delivered the product today (28.12.2017). The plastic naaptol wrapper with the invoice stated the correct item details and we paid rs. 3098/- (Inclusive of delivery charges). When the plastic outer wrapper was removed the product inside was "royal chef' a product worth about 2000/- and not ordered by me. Will naaptol replace the wrong product with the right one??

I have purchased a naaptol product and returned to them for qualitity issues. but they not responded for our money and not yet give return money as voucher. we are continuously follow up with them till date
