[Resolved] Naaptol — partial delivery of purchased item | |||
This is with respect to the bad experience faced by my father from naaptol who had ordered an item through phone by seeing tv ad of naptol. He has ordered the item ' rangeen rajasthani 4 double & 4 single bed sheets with 12 pillow covers (4dsbs4) sku:9617'. Order no.:38690504 dated 22/08/2017. He had received just 1 double and 4 single bed sheets and 4 pillow covers only. When he lodged a complaint about the discrepancy with naptol by phone (Complaint no:[protected], a second consignment was received on[protected] which just had 4 pillow covers!!! He made a phone call again and told this discrepancy to customer support. Till now no further consignment or response is received from naaptol regarding this. When i contacted the customer care, their response is poor (Attached mail response). Was this information helpful? | |||
