I ordered lehanga worth 1799 rupees from naari vastram. Before ordering i confirmed if return is available. I received it. It was with the poor and cheap quality i have ever seen. I contacted for returning the item but they never responded. I called and pined them more than 100 times. If i ping them for buying new lehanga they are responding and if say that i should returny product they are not replying being online. I'm not all satisfied with the customer service..
