[Resolved]  Nagar Nigam Indore — Not getting water supply

My name is Vimal Kumar Agrawal. I have a residential premises situated at 692/ A Mahalaxmi Nagar Indore. I had applied for a new connection of Narmada water supply line on 15/08/2014 by paying Rs. 2525/- whose receipt no. is 84 in book no. 50 dated 15/08/14. Besides this I also paid RS 3850/- to labour contractor for clamp purchasing and digging. A new connection was given to to me but till today I haven't got even a single drop of water from that connection in my house. When contacted the concerning officer of nagar nigam and labour contractor they told me that my supply line is above the road level and I should apply for a new connection because I will not be able to get water from that line although that line was digged by same labour contractor and he never told us that it above road level.
