Nagar Nigam Indore — Reliance broadband/ unethical behaviour | |||||
Date - 12/9/15 User Id[protected] Description : i want to disconnection my connection so i have called customer care asked about procedure, they told us call with register mobile number & your connection disconnect request will be approve by their confirmation call . Since 12/9/15 its 19/9/2015 now i h called them again again .. now today told me its 9 day procedure to disconnect my connection .. since i dont know who is goona pay the 9 day bill of my internet connection .. Help me ! HELP me .. its disgusting service i have ever seen . i want to disconnection my connection because whenever i want to acess internet over my pc it get dissconnected through reliance .i have also give application for this issue & reliancebroadband doesnt responded till yet . So i have decided to dissconnect my connection & take another connection BUT they are not disconnecting it as well ..m frustated about service Reliancebroadband given to me . So just Help me !! Since now its been 8 days .. Today i again called Reliance customer service they told me your request will be approved within 24 hours, 48hours etc It seems like they mug up these words. Respected Sir, If this Issue will not be resolved by you in 2 days I m not gonna wait to complaint a case against you in consumer court . Hope you will understand my Problem .
