Nagar Nigam Jaipur — I'm complaining about the service of door to door garbage pickup facilities

They are not coming regularly sometimes on alternative days or after two days. From last two weeks they are not coming inside our colony. The lady coming with driver uses abuse language and drive also follows her instructions. They both refuses to come infront of our doors. I am sharing today's photograph till where they come and went back from last two weeks. Many timings a post complaint on jaipur samdhan website but they are not taking any action. Their customer care executive only call me on regular basis and ask whether the vehicle coming or not but they didn't work on them.
