Nagpur Municipal Corporation — collection of household garbage

Household garbage is not geting collected from last 2 years. On dated 16th june, when i stopped the garbage collection vehicle to my door step, he said that this area is not coming under him, and after two houses he stopped and demanded money for stopping at my door step.

the vehicle number is MH31DS1845.
I ALREADY REGISTERED complaint with NMC. but no reply from them.
