Nagpur Municipal Corporation — garbage not collected properly

The garbage vehicle is not coming in our line to collect garbage. The vehicle stops at the square and call the residents to come. There are ladies who don't feel comfortable to go with the bins, there are aged people living alone and have to walk till the garbage vehicle. It is really very bad and when we told to the driver and garbage collector, they answered us very rudely that they won't come and do whatever you want. This is not expected from our government. It is disappointing.
