I had ordered a neavy blue silk saree. But i got a pink saree. I paid 849. The courier from ekart kept asking if i was aware of refund policy. I wondered why. Now i know why coz apparently they have delivered many products from nallur saree and have received complaints abt wrong product being delivered. This company is a fraud. Their contact number provided on the parcel is always switched off. They need to be reported as fraud. I have been reading complaints by other consumers and it looks like they have been cheated in the exact similar manner as me Was this information helpful? |
