Nallur Saree — wrong and fake products done

Wrong product is delivered, unable to return the product as the website is no longer working, phone is switched off of the seller. I had ordered red wood silk saree with khadi blouse but i got wrong product on 29/01/2020. I want to file a complaint against nallur sarees.com. I had seen the advertisement in facebook and had ordered the saree. But the product i received is not same as the one which i ordered. I want to teach lesson for these type of # for cheating. I had ordered one black printed silk saree with Khadi Cotton Blouse and one white lehariya muslin saree with white Khadi cotton blouse. What I received is two low quality saree not even worth the cost of 1700.

The number is constantly coming switched off.

They have delivered wrong product. They do not reply to the emails sent to them. And when we try to log in they tell that they do not have any account registered to our email Id. And by chance we get to login they dont update payment options and keeps it as pending

Picture and description shown online is different than saree delivered and there is no way to contact them, I wrote an email on id mentioned on their site but no response and now the saree store apparantely does not exist

I ordered 4 Sarees worth rupees 3400 but I got four cheap sarees which are no where near to the sarees I ordered in terms of color and material. I read the reviews mentioned in your forum about this company and it seems to be fraud company... Some stringent steps need to be taken to stop this fraud company.
