I have one negative issue - standard chartered bank loan account which was in dispute due to faulty allocation of my funds in my loan and credit card accounts, which was settled and i was assured by tamanna, your executive, that if principal amount has been paid and charges are to be paid, we will get the charges cleared and get your account to normal for which i was asked to pay rs. 947.00

i had received intimation that scb was asking around rs. 99, 000 for payment. This was humbug and un expected from your side .

I had paid more than i had to pay still my account was not cleared due to mis appropriation of funds in my account.

Stop bluffing people and collecting charges in the name of settlements
