[Resolved]  Narendra Kumar K (WhiteMatter It Services) — Cheating and taking money in name of Business

Mr narendra kumar k, director of whitematter it services private limited, mail us about a bpo process of a usa based company stating huge payout and took rs. 4 lac from us in cash as upfront charges and made us invest 2 lac more in setting up call center architecture and feasibility. Initially we signed all the documents with him like nda and also sla with the usa based client and the client were supposed to pay us advance for starting the process which they claimed they have transferred to us but never reached our account, eventually after a long time mr narendra kumar k admitted that the client and the process was fraud and told us that he will refund us the 4 lac that he took as upfront but unfortunately more that 1 years have passed away but he never returned us any money only gave us fake email which I will attach with this post at the bottom and false words that he will return in this date. Previously we posted the complaint here but then mr narendra kumar k gave us in written that if we remove the posting he will return us the money, but even after removing the posting we DID not get a single penny from him only false date and commitments. Here are the copy of the mail that he wrote to us.

your payments are ready and I will be going to hong knong along with the investor from soudhi to take insurance protection against his investment with our company . Maanwhile some of our customers and vendors notified that there are more links in the internet which is talking negative about whitematter company. Kindly pleas remove this links with immediate effect . Remaining money I will pay you through account payee company cheque favoring to mrigashira company name. Kindly send me the full company name for me to prepare your cheque. Thanks & regards naren dear debjani madam, please find the draft letter as attached. You need to take a print out in your company letter head and put a signature by you and mr. Samik and email the scanned document to mr. Madan jain to please mark a copy to me so that I can follow up with madan jain. You or samik can contact madan jain on his mobile Our investor ready to release the funds as soon as he finds the link has been removed . The investor is from a reputed company and he does not want to invest money to the company where there is a negative comment on the internet as a managing director and the whitematter company is done some fraud. Kindly understand my situation please request you and mr.Samik to do the needful to get grahak seva to delete the posting . I have been told by madan that grahakseva.Com office is at delhi and he will help us to remove the posting. Kindly please help to protect all of our interest. If this is not resolving then, I don't have any other option than filing a case against mr. Samik & grahakseva.Com being irresponsible for posting and supporting the link. Whitematter management are forced to file a case with all legal means and it might cost a job to samik which I don't want to happen at any cost. I am willing to make some expense money towards the travel expenses to meet the grahakseva management to do the removal of posting either to samik or to madan. Just see how the fake person made almost a fool out o[censored]s and played with our money. I am in big trouble now due to this huge loss and my living has become very pathetic and tension full. I request every one not to deal with such fraud people like mr. Narendra kumar k, who not only ruined my business but also my existence almost. I would request the forum to take drastic steps against him so that he is brought to justice and no one else is cheated like I was also mr. Narendra kumar k should be bring under justice.
