I had placed an order for a saree with nariinsari.com, order id 12212, invoice no- Retail23047 on 21st Feb. 2022, and the saree was delivered on 27th Feb and I paid Rs.1649. Since the saree was very poor in quality and dull in colour, I wanted to return the saree and claim for the refund, I called customer care number, it is switched off, and sent several mails to contact them but no response from the seller till now, kindly help me to get the refund.
