[Resolved]  NASH HOMEOPLEX — FRAUD TREATMENT

It has been almost one year since I have been getting treated from the "NASH", ANDHERI WEST branch for acidity, acne, back pain. The only result I have seen is an unwanted weight loss and my problems have only worsened. They are nothing but GIMMICKY, FRAUDS, CHEAP, SCAMMERS in the name of homeopathy in the market. From the front desk till the doctors, their staff is ill mannered, discourteous, uncivilized and rude. They treat patients like dogs and if you have any complaints, they will abuse patients behind their backs. They will first convince you to pay the huge amount in advance and guarantee that all problems will be solved from the root. Once you have paid, they will turn their backs on you and will be least bothered about the treatment . 1) Change of doctors has completely ruined my health and telling the case history over and over again to different doctors over the phone and in person is not my duty. They don't have any patient case records. A pregnant doctor should never take a new patient if she knows about her maternity leave. 2) I complained about passing blood in my stool a few times and they did not investigate the root of the problem and the reason behind it. Only after consulting a doctor outside, I came to know my problem. 3) My case was then transferred to another doctor in Andheri west branch. She did not even tell me the reason behind my weight loss and the recurring blood passing in stool complaints. On consultation with outside doctor, I came to know I had very low Vitamin B, vitamin D levels and fissure problem. 4) As front desk receptionists, their duty is to remind the patient timely to visit the doctor but all they do is eat food on the desk. If a doctor has a weekly off and the patient is dying, the doctor would only enjoy her week off and not attend to the patient. As a patient, who has paid in advance for one year's treatment, we are supposed to have the doctor's personal contact, or at least my call could get transferred from the "NASH OFFICE" to any other branch she is sitting in. But the front desk is extremely rude, uneducated, have communication problems and hangs up the phone on the patient if we want an appointment. 5) On complaining to the doctor about the staff, she would only appreciate her mannerless staff and insult the patient and disregard their opinion. 6) As consumers, it is our right to ask for the refund, since the treatment has only worsened our problems. But who should we complaint to, the owner himself has been declared fraud by people on the net. WORST DOCTORS, WORST MANAGEMENT, WORST STAFF. NEVER GO TO NASH. THEY ARE ONLY GOING TO MAKE A BIG HOLE IN YOUR POCKET. CHEATS, FRAUDS, SCAMMERS, UNCIVILIZED!!!
