On confirmation call of naswiz holiday, they ask me to join this company. so on call i was say no clearly. Then i asked about that, how i get my money return. They say on call that, my money will get me return in 28 day But next day they send me message that your package was confirm and you are joining to the naswiz properly and they deceive me. many times i complaint but never any reply get me. So please help me as early as possible. I want my money back.

This is a special case where I was asked to join the company but somehow I wasn’t in the mind frame of joining any company or organization at time. But in the heat of the moment I paid the joining amount. Later I finally decided not to go with it. I asked for the refund of the amount which I paid as joining fee. They considered my request and refunded my amount in the given time.

Hello Mayu, You need to contact with any upper-level member to solve this issue. I think there is some communication gap between you and concern person. Please find your concern person and solve this issue properly. if he will not give you an appropriate answer then you complained to the upper-level member. they will definitely help you out with this issue.

Please contact any senior person from the company or you can email them with your all the documents. They guys are very co-operative and solve it definitely. so don't lose your hope.
