National Board Of Examination — deduction of exam fees twice from my account

During payment of fees of neet pg 2019, rs 3750 money was deducted twice from my account.
I had added related screenshots of the deduction of money with transaction id.
Contacted the nbe helpdesk but no significant response was initiated.
They asked me to wait untill the results are out.
Now the results are out but the help desk contact number is closed.
On onother numbers they are not receiving calls.
Help me refund
