National Board Of Examination — fmge withheld result

I gave my fmge june 2018 attempt but my results was withheld due to deficient submission of documents, but after submitting all the documents properly i got my score card where i passed. Means i passed my fmge exam.
But it's been3+ month i haven't received got my passing certificate. I have been waiting n calling n sending mails but i get reply that within 1-2weeks u will know.
The dates for next fmge exam has been declared but i haven't got the passing certificate of last exam.
Please help as i have left with no answers

I gazala manzoor MBBS graduate from People's university of medical health and science Nawabshah Pakistan under MCI registration no MCI-201(EC[protected]/2018_Eligl./[protected] appeared for FMGE JAN2023. I want to draw your kind attention that I have received my security clearance and my all required documents are attested from Indian Embassy.
The FMGE result has been declared on 3rd Feb 2023 but my result is withheld despite of the security clearance from MHA. Kindly please declare my result.
I hope you will get back to me as soon as possible.
