[Resolved] National Board Of Examination — money deducted twice for registering for neet mds 2018 | |||
My candidate id is [protected] On 27th november, i tried filling the neet mds online form on the portal. The first time i tried paying via hdfc internet banking, it failed showing transaction failed due to some exception, second time i tried paying via sbi debit card, again it said transaction failed due to some exception. Money got deducted both times from my accounts. Both the times the transaction failed with a return message "the website shows your action could not be completed due to an exception. Please try again later". The transaction id for the failed transaction, i have mailed to the support email i'd provided by them on their website. Have called them 500times on the number provided, but no response either from phone number or email. Though one of the two transaction got successful and i could fill the form. This is just to request to refund the second excess amount which was paid ie rs 3750. Hoping your quick re-addressal of the issue.
