National Board Of Examination — nbe illegally hoarding money of students and not giving a refund

I appeared in neet pg 2018, and applied for online counselling after paying the security deposit of an exorbitant amount of 2 lakhs. It has been more than 6 months and still there is no response.

Called and mailed every number possible but there is no response.

How can nbe openly hoard crores of money from doctors and students like this. We need to take strict action against this.
