National Board Of Examination — neet ug payment failed

Respected Sir/Ma'am
I registered for NEET UG 2018 on 13th February, 2018. I have completed filling up the required details and uploading the required documents. I payed the fees of Rs 750/- through Debit Card and soon after received a text alert from my bank informing me that the money has been deducted from my account. However the NEET website has not updated this information and Im unable to proceed to final submission of the form. I have submitted a complaint in the NEET grivience page but there has been no reply. I have also tried calling their helpline numbers many times but either it is busy or else no ones receives the call. I am attaching the text messages from my bank confirming deduction of fees by Secondary Board of Central Txn for both payments. Please help me resolve this issue so that I can submit the form and give the exam.
