Sir, i am naghma anjum an applicant for neetpg 2018 with candidate id [protected] my friend who is also an applicant for neetpg 2018 received a call from one of the persons in nbe 4 days ago conveying a message that both of our application fee is refunded since the transaction id for mine and her's is the same though we haven't paid multiple times and neither paid through the same account and the person has told that we will have to pay fee again at the earliest for which i personally have not received any intimation neither through mail or by phone from the nbe. After we login to our account the payment option hasn't been enabled for us to pay the application fee again. Our accounts still show that our application process is complete and successful but the fee payment status shows zero making me anxious as to whether my application has been accepted and considered. We have been trying to contact the same number 'n'number of times as well as the nbe helpline and have mailed the nbe too regarding the same with no response since the time my friend got the call. Hence requesting your kindself to let us know the process of payment of fee since the payment option in my account hasn't been enabled before the last date of closing of the application process.
