National Highway Authority of India — Exuemption of toll tax for disability person | |||
Respected Sir Here with I am sorry to say that some of the-toll barrier under your company violating the order regarding exemption of toll tax from vehicle carrying physically disable person. As per my knowledge a vehicle carrying disable person with disability of more than 40% are exempted from toll tax at all toll plaza under NHAI country wide. Here I want to share with you the harassment faced by me while travelling on NH-! JATL PlAZA- in vehicle no GJ-12_BJ-9896, in spite of showing disability certificate of more than 80% the operator refuses to hear my voice and he charged and said that we do not exempt from tall tax to disable person.I have shown the order from secretary NHAI letter issued in year 2003 mentioning the armed forces person and disable person are exempted from the same, Even the order mention that Toll Plaza violating the order will be penalized and even the contract may be cancelled.
