Can gase of his photo and style to stand. He was drunk on duty and he is not coaprate with people. He is vary cheap words user. He is not good and able to service of toll plaza.

I am standing in NH27 from last 1 hour near kalpi (3 km from kalpi towards jhansi).
People are voilating rule by driving on the wrong side.Further aggravating the situation. Please do the needful soon. Source of traffic jam not known to me.Also identify the people driving on wrong side
