[Resolved]  National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — active 'fastag' was showing as 'blacklisted' and collected double charges by cash

I have a 'paytm fastag' on my vehicle no. Tn82 f 8627. Tag is active and have a balance of rs. 675.00. On 01/02/2020, i crossed through 'nemili sriprumbudur” toll plaza (Km37. 800nh-4) at nh 4) through automatic gate and an amount of rs. 30.00 was deducted in my paytm app.

But the gate didn't opened, and the staff told that your card is blacklisted, may be due to low balance. I showed the active status of my 'tag' on the paytm fastag website, where it was showing the status as 'active' and balance as rs. 675.00 in addition to the 'security amount' of rs. 150.00 also. But they force me to pay the cash rs. 60 by cash and attached is the receipt/
I can’t understand, why i was made to pay cash, when i had an active fastag. I paid cash to avoid further in convenience to other fellow motorists, who were in a long queue. Actually i would have been allowed to pass the plaza, when there is a system problem. So, please return the amount of rs. 60 that you collected cash unnecessarily.

On, 27.08.2020 @ 8.44pm while coming from Mumbai to Pune at KHALAPUR Toll plaza, attendant told us that your FASTTAG is not scanned for vehicle reg. no. MBHCZC63SJC156045, RTO reg. no. MH12QF6525 & collected Rs. 270.00 from us in cash. After some time we have received the the message the above amount was deducted from my PAYTM Vallet . So please return toll amount paid thru FASTTAG. Also train the attendants at toll plaza to scan FASTTAG .
