National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Against the Sri Nagar toll plaza NH2 | |||
I have been travelling from Delhi to Mathura with my family. During crossing the Sri Nagar toll plaza the toll collector said your fastag is not working & he is asking to paid Rs 210/- cash payment for crossing. Also he was talking very rude language. He asked us to take car back & asked to cross from other toll booth then we had taken our back to booth no 12. There also fastag was not working as per them & asked us to paid Rs. 210/-. After insist by us he asked to give Rs 105/- cash & issue the cash receipt with wrong vehicle No we asked to correct the details he said vehicle no cannot be change you can cross the toll. After some time we got a msg of deduction of Rs.105/- from fastag also. I have complaint over the phone on NHAI customer care but didn't get any solution. I urge to you kindly help us to refund fastag amount as they have taken of rs 105/- cash with Ticket No -C61L0185 with WRONG vehicle No :- DL6CN9966. Our correct vehicle No is :- DL6CL9966.Request you to refund & take action against the toll person as he was very rude .
