[Resolved]  National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Amount charged both fast tag payment and cash payment (double)

Today morning(03.09.2021) I crossed Vangaram toll (chennnai, Tamil Nadu) at 6.58am. They told insufficient amount in fast tag (but my account fasttag via paytm having Rs.520 ). so I paid rs 90 for toll crossing. after few minutes I received a message charged rs. 45 from my paytm wallet. I feel The toll persons are done worst service. I never expect this kind of cheating.
kindly repayment of my Rs.90
