National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — application no : hfr36370

I have booked a FAST TAG RFID tag on 12 Nov.
I have not received the Fast Application PDF in the mail till now.

And I could able to reach the contact number [protected] for clarification and nobody is answering the call.

Also they have mentioned the representative will call for the documents. I haven't received the same

Kindly let me know, by when I will receive the Tag.

It's been more than 7 days now and if it's not happening pls at least return the money

It's the worst service I have come across with HDFC
