National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — attibele toll plaza double toll

Attibelle toll plaza has complete mis-behaviour. They not only refused to accept the fastag deduction but also collect rs.50 from me though i was asking for 1 way toll for my car which will cost only rs.30.

Now i got rs.30 dedeucted from fastag & rs.50 paid in cash. The place is a chaos with no structure or supervision. I tried talking to the person working in the toll booth and the supervisor no one was ready to even listen on digital payment. The queue was more than a km long and i had to move on after paying unnecessary cash.
