National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — betl- bangalore-electronic city- toll details

Hi Team,
There is a maintenance work going on BETL flyover in which one way is closed for almost 300m. However the toll authorities are charging full amount. Please let me know if they are allowed to charge full amount if a major maintenance work is going which blocked almost one way.

When we were travelling towards Mumbai on 31st December 2018 evening hours, When we enter the Highway Toll Plaza collected Rs.70/- from us, same day we stayed in between and on 01st Jan 2019 morning we continued travel to Mumbai and shown receipt of Rs.70/-, but toll Plaza man refused to accept & collected Rs.50/- again. Is this right action ?
