National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — blockage of existing culvert on new nh18 four lane

A new four lane is being constructed on nh18 passing through baripada town, dist - mayurbhanj, odisha. During construction a culvert existing on ward no. 25 (Palbani golai) is being blocked with soil which facilities the excess water drainage due to rain. Due to blockage of the culvert, the water will enter to several houses located on both sides of the highway. Therefore it is requested to reconsider and make proper planning of the construction of new highway having proper drainage system to prevent water accumulation.
