National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — boom barrier - malfunction - multiple hits on my car bonnet

I was travelling from chennai to bangalore on 26th, 2019, and at sriperumbadur plaza @2.19pm, this incident took place at the fast tag lane, booth number 6.. No system in place to make a on spot compliant and very poorly maintained toll booth. No protective layer rubber/stryofoam on the boom barrier to avoid damage of vehicles. What is the compensation for damage?
