National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Cash charged at toll plaza even when fastag payment already done

I paid rupees 110 toll through fasttag at purankhedi toll plaza at IST 20:23:56 oj date 08/11/20. My car number is MP08CB0597.
Here is the copy of the message recieved from fasttag of payment
"You Paid Rs.110.00 at Purankhedi Toll Plaza of MP08CB0597 on 08/11/20 20:23:56. Avl Bal Rs.116.13 Txn ID: FT[protected]".

And I also pay cash for same toll. I also have receipts of cash payment of same time at same toll plaza.
