National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — cheated by deducting double toll. | |||
Myself manik sawhney. Having vehicle no. Jk02au-8733. On morning of 10th december 2019 at about 10:35 a. M. I passed through thandikhui toll plaza (Jammu). The person in toll said that fastag is not working. So i gave them cash rs65 (I have slip also). After some time i have checked my phone and shocked to see that at the same time they have deducted rs. 65 from my fastag also. Who is going to refund it? And who is responsible for such theft under nhai? Iam attaching photo of toll slip and also message of toll deduction. My no. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

We were present ata toll plaza at 7:48am but that time the toll collection already started.
